International Shipping
We’re proud to use DHL Express for most of our international shipments, ensuring your order reaches you quickly and reliably.

Order Processing

Processing Time: All orders are processed within 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Order Cut-off Time: Orders placed before 12.00pm will be processed on the same day. Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.

Delays: Please note that shipping times may be delayed during peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances (such as natural disasters or carrier delays). We strive to notify customers promptly in such situations.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Domestic Standard Shipping: flat rate 5-10 business days.

Domestic One Day Shipping: flat rate, within 1 day.

Standard International Shipping: flat rate as quoted at checkout 5-10 business days. Customs, duties, and taxes may apply to international orders, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur, and shipping times are only estimates.

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number (if relevant) once your order has been dispatched.

Tracking information may take 24-48 hours to update after shipping.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes
