Terms & Conditions

  • Items must be returned to us for inspection in their original condition — unworn, unwashed, and with tags attached — within 30 days of delivery.
  • Refunds or exchanges are at the discretion of space&. Refunds will only be issued for faulty goods, not for change of mind, wrong colour, or fit, so please choose carefully.

Additional Information

  • Please do not send return items without our confirmation email.
  • We do not provide return labels for exchanges. We recommend choosing a shipping method that includes proof of delivery or a tracking number.
  • Once you've shipped your return, please email us the shipping information and tracking number so we can track your package.

Keep your proof of postage until you receive confirmation that your return has been received and processed.

Exchange Process

  • Initiating Exchange: Please contact the team at support@spaceand.store.
  • Understanding Policies: Familiarise yourself with our Return Policy and procedures outlined here including time frames, eligibility conditions, and any associated costs.
  • Packaging and Returning: Securely pack the item for return, following packaging guidelines. Ship it back using a reliable method, adhering to provided instructions.
  • Processing Time: Upon receiving the return, we will inspect and process the exchange. Stay informed about expected timelines during this phase.
  • Receiving Replacement: Once the exchange is processed, expect the arrival of your replacement item, signifying the successful completion of the exchange process.

Item Does Not Fit

Returns & Exchanges

If your space& item arrives and the item you selected does not fit, you can return it to us for an exchange or store credit.

Exchange Policy

We will provide a store credit for the full value of the returned item. If you'd like to exchange for a different size, we can do so only if the requested size is available. If the new size is unavailable, you can use the credit to purchase another item of your choice.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will issue the store credit. Items must be returned in their original condition — unworn, unwashed, and with tags attached.

Important Notes

  • Refunds are only offered for faulty items or wrong sizes sent by us. We do not provide refunds for change of mind or color, so please choose your items carefully.
  • Sale items are final and cannot be exchanged.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and we are unable to refund shipping costs for exchanged items.

Refund or Exchange for Faulty or Incorrect Items

At space&, we take pride in our strict quality control measures. However, there may be rare instances where a faulty item slips through, or an incorrect item is shipped.

If your purchase arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect please contact us at support@spaceand.store. You can choose to receive a full refund, including shipping costs.
